Sarah "Mae" Riner 81, born April 14, 1930 to the late Alfred & Ola Findley a native of Collins, Georgia went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 17, 2011. Our loving mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend is preceded in death by her Brother William "Dub" Findley and Sister Azalee Perry. Moving to Jacksonville, Florida over 59 years ago, she is survived by her three Sons Steve (Donna) Riner, Dean Riner, Wade (Crystal) Riner and one Daughter Janis (Eric) Harmon. Her grandchildren Jessica (Casey) Scanlon, Steven (Sabrina) Riner, Tommy (Connie) Riner, Jan (Jim) Forbes, Alesha Daniel, Jennie Guy, James Taylor, Melissa (Timmy) Cox, David Riner, Brittany Riner, Edwin Riner, Shelyce (Bryan) Bronum, Megan Sutton, 18 Great-Grandchildren and her three sisters Gladys Lindsey of Reidsville, Georgia, Emily (Wilbur) Cook, and Anna Findley of Collins, Georgia. She instilled in her family a value of love, closeness and unity for one another.
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Tuesday June 21, 2011 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home. Family only graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 22, 2011 from the Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel is serving the Riner family.
