Clay City, Ind. March 2-(Special)-Arza A. Bivens, 78 years old, died at 3:40 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Clay County Hospital in Brazil. Surviving are the wife, Louise, four daughters, Mrs. Francis Large of Santa Monica, Cal., Mrs. Ernestine Duncan of R.R. 1, Clay City, Mrs. Olive Elben of Terre Haute, and Mrs. Mildred Kidwell of Hammond, a step-daughter, Mrs. Barbara Ann Davis of Clay City; a step-son, Richard Lee Stone, of Greenville, S.C.; three sisters Miss Pauline Bivens and Mrs. Clara Vest and Mrs. Effie Harder both of Terre Haute, a brother, Erza Bivens of Clay City; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. The body was taken to the Schoppenhorst Funeral Home.
