Amelia was the daughter of Johann H. Richterkessing and Catherine Miller. On 08 Nov 1882 she married Phillip Keller and they had four children: Benjamin, Viola, Alma and Irene. Phillip died in 1925 and she never remarried. Amelia died of myocarditis at her home, 1802 Eastern Parkway, at the age of 85.
