Old Army Surgeon Gone.
Wilmington, Del., Feb. 23—Dr. David W. Maull died here today in his sixty-fifth year. He served in the civil war and was surgeon-in-chief and acting medical director of the Second Division, Second Army Corps. He was held in high esteem at Washington by Army people. He has practiced here since 1865.
