William Dixon Browder is the son of William and Elizabeth Lackey Browder. William Dixon Browder married Sarah Ann Deatherage on October 24, 1844 in Roane County, Tennessee. In the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census, there was no mention of any children, in the 1880 census there are two sons, William and John. Are these children perhaps nephews or are they adopted children. In the 1900 census states that Sarah never had any children.
