Julie Anne Forest Hall, 49, of Moultrie, died Sunday, June 19, 2011, at Archbold Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, June 24, at Heritage Church. The Rev. John Eubanks will officiate.
She was born Oct. 7, 1961, in Burlington Wis., she was the daughter of the late Rev. Jack D. Forest and Annette Haynes Kelly. She was the wife of Mark Hall, and the mother of Shane Strien, Dustianne Hall, Aimee Hall and Jessica Blackburn and her husband, Richard Blackburn. She was the grandmother of Sydney Blackburn and Aubrey Blackburn.
She was an active member of both Friendship Alliance and Heritage Churches.
She is also survived by sisters and brothers, Eleanor Crotser, Aimee Vipond, Dr. Jack L. Forest and, David R. Forest; nephews and nieces, Nicholas Zarkadis, Alexander Forest , Nicholas Forest, Holly Kaelin, Michele Zarkadis, Heather Vipond, Alyssa Forest, Halina Forest, Kyra Forest, Sophia Forest and Natasha Forest.
