Harry E. Rolls, our English truth sayer and craftsman, was born February 15, 1920, in Burley, Idaho, to Harry Rolls Sr. and Jane Cunningham Rolls. He passed on December 31, 1999, from natural causes.

Harry was owner/operator of Playtime Swim School for 15 years. He retired from Eimco Corp. as a layout man and machinist in 1982. A cultivator of rare and exotic flowers from all over the world, he expanded this interest to a fine art A friend to all, lovingly nourishing the earth and nature.Harry was much devoted to his family and adored by them. He gave strength and grace through his very presence. His laughter, dry humor, honesty, warmth, beautiful voice and twinkling blue eyes are greatly missed.

He married Artemisia Gardner of Delta, Utah, and had six children. Later they divorced. He is preceded in death by his first child, Sydney Patricia Howard. Survived by three sisters, Nona Scott of Holden, Utah; Leah Inman of

SLC; and Shirley Dean of SLC.; five children, Leslie Robison, Boulder City, NV; David Rolls, SLC, UT; Sharon Knowlton, Sacramento, CA; Karen Willis, Santa Cruz, CA; and LeeAnn Rolls, SLC, UT.; six grandchildren, Darren Howard, Amy Parkinson, Kelly Howard, Jesse Wiseman, Brett Robison and James Knowlton; nine great-grandchildren.
