Cece was the daughter of James and Ann Meyer Weatherford. Cece was Born in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 16, 1960, she left behind her husband, Jeffrey, siblings, Steve Weatherford (Teresa), Margaret Hourvitz (Chuck), Victor Weatherford (Colleen) and Cynthia Weatherford.
She was a happy person with a kind heart, that loved all animals, except bugs that had a stinger. She was loved greatly by a lot of friends and family. We all will miss her but her husband Jeff will miss her the most, she was his life partner, forever. She had a great attitude according to Jeff, to the end . She kept her death for the last 2 yrs. a secret from her friends and family because she didn't want anyone to feel sorry for her but her husband took great care of all her wishes and made her life as comfortable as he could, till the end. Her own bio family were not aware of how bad off she was till the end. She had a lot of acquaintances, family and co-workers that could not make her funeral due to the short notice, that no one could predict. I will keep her memory always. Cece was a friend, and I hope she always felt that way about me.
