John Neafie documented a large brown stone, next to Tunis Smith (Rachel's husband) headstone with it's face entirely scaled off. Jan Cozyns Haring, born 24 November 1693 in Old Tappan, New Jerseu; died 16 June 1771 in Old Tappan, New Jersey. He was the son of 1724. Cozyn Jansen Haring and Marritie Gerretse Blauvelt. He married Aeltje Van Dalssen on 15 January 1717/18 in Tappan, New York at Tappan Dutch Reformed Church located in Rockland County[was called Orange County at the time of their marriage].

Aeltje Van Dalssen, born 20 March 1694/95 in Haarlem, New Holland; died 17 January 1743/44 in Tappan, New York. She was the daughter of Jan Val Dalssen and Anna Van Raetsvelt.

Notes for Jan Cozyns Haring:

He lived in the house built by his father in Old Tappan, just south of the New York-New Jersey state line.
