He was born at Washington, Indiana on June 28, 1950 to William and Mary (Vonderheide) Blaize. Married to Peggy Ann Singer June 15, 1994.
Gary retired form Artec division of Kimball International.
He is a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose – Jasper Outdoor Recreation.
An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing.
Surviving is his wife Peggy.
