Frances J. Machicek, 66, of Victoria, died Sunday, April 1, 2001
She was born Dec. 5, 1934, in Harlingen, to the late Frank and Francis Moore (Frances's Mother used this spelling of Francis to distinguish from her daughter, Frances).
Frances was a homemaker, artist, and avid gardener.
Survivors: daughter, Sharon Hockinson of San Antonio.
Preceded in death by: husband, Adolph J. Machicek; and sister, Emogene Nix.
Visitation was 4-6 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home chapel.
Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with Mr. Roy McLaurin officiating.
Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery.
