Homer J. Crook Services Set
Services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. from the Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon for Homer Joseph Crook, 66, who died Monday in a Houston hospital. The Rev. Clint Harris and Rev. Albert Elam will officiate, and burial will be in the Bundick cemetery.
Crook, a resident of Smiley, is survived by his widow; Velma Baker Crook, one son, Donald Crook of Gonzales; three daughters, Mrs. Gayle Bell of Smiley and Mrs. Margaret Hill of Houston and Mrs. Hope Yosko of zkarnes City; one brother, Ernest of New Braunfels; tep sisters, Mrs. Josephine Steen of Anson and Mrs. Iva Wilson of Austin; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, JamsArnold V
