Hazel J. McNemar, 85, a resident of 42 1/2 S. Florida St., Buckhannon, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, in Holbrook's Nursing Home in Buckhannon.
She was born July 22, 1918, in Braxton County, the daughter of the late Arley W. McNemar and Golda Whytsell McNemar.
Surviving are two sisters, Jean Haymond of Buckhannon, and Eloise Howe of West Union.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Allegra Wiant and Marjorie Allison; and two brothers, Wendell McNemar and Denzil Z. McNemar.
She worked as a medical secretary and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Pastor Rick Cutright will officiate and interment will follow at the Braxton K of P Cemetery at Burnsville. The Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
