Raymond E. Moody
Services for city plumbing inspector Raymond E. Moody, 64, 633 Montrey Avenue, who died at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Union Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Callahan Funeral Home, with Rev. John Chironna Jr. officiating. Moody, a democrat precint committee man, was a member of Plumbers and Steamlifters Union Local No. 157 and the Central Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by the widow, Mary; a daughter, Mrs. Opal Austin, Terre Haute; a step-daughter, Mrs. Frances Halsey, Chicago; four brothers, Harold, Seelyville; Thomas, Cloverdale, Earl and Virgil, both of Terre Haute; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Davis, Mrs. Bessie Buckallew, Mrs. Thlma Johnson and Mrs. Ethel Coffman, all of Terre Haute; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Satruday at the Callahan Chapel.
