Married to Ms. Carrie Seidler, on August 4, 2008, at St. Francis Church in Bakersfield. He was a graduate of St. Vincent College, Latrobe, PA in 1997. He is survived by his spouse and sister, Colleen. His father, David Barry Eberley, was a District Attorney and also a graduate of St. Vincent College.
