Delvina M. Brilliant, 95, De Pere, died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, at a local nursing home. The daughter of the late Joseph and Laura (Bouchard) Brilliant was born March 31, 1905, in Nadeau, Mich. Delvina was a caregiver for many years for family members as well as others in need. Survivors include one sister, Doris Lauson, Morton Grove, Ill.; one brother, Wilfred Brilliant, Manitowoc; nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Family and friends may call at St. Mary Catholic Community, Pope John XXIII Circle, off Sportsman Dr., Town of Ledgeview, on Thursday (TODAY) from 10:30 to 11 a.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church with the Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Burial of cremains will take place in the Spalding, Mich. Township Cemetery. Cotter Funeral Home, De Pere is assisting the family with arrangements. A Memorial fund has been established in Delvina's name for St. Mary Catholic Community.
