Vada Beatrice Bishop
CLARKSVILLE - Vada Beatrice Bishop, 91, of Clarksville died Friday, May 29, in Clarksville Nursing Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 31, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Johnny King and the Rev. Dennis Clark will officiate.
Mrs. Bishop was born Aug. 1, 1900, in Boxelder, a daughter of James and Mary Frances Dollar Stanphill. She was a member of the Salem Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Travis Bishop of Annona and Truman Bishop of Avery; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
