On Sunday, February 13, 2005, of Annandale, VA. Beloved husband of Edna D. Agusiewicz; loving father of Joseph M. Agusiewicz and Henry A. Agusiewicz Jr.; grandfather of Pamela and Cynthia; great-grandfather of three.

Mr. Agusiewicz attended George Washington University, where he received his Master's degree. He worked at Paul Junior High in Washington, DC from 1947, after his discharge from the US Army, through 1973; he was a physical education teacher for 12 years and a counselor for three years. In 1962, he was promoted to assistant principal. He retired as a DC Public School principal after 32 years of service. Mr. Agusiewicz began lifeguarding in 1939 in DC public pools. He was manager of both the McKinley Tech Swimming Pool and East Potomac Pool in Washington, DC from 1950 to 1995.
