Mr. Dalgo was born in Biloxi and was a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He previously served in the U.S. Army and was a supervisor at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula. He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita Olier Dalgo of Ocean Springs; a son, Nicky Dalgo of Ocean Springs; a brother, Dwayne Mathieu of Biloxi; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport. A procession will leave the funeral home at 9 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. graveside service in Biloxi National Cemetery.
