Stacie Jude Angers of Worcester, a private investigator, died Feb. 20 from injuries suffered in the fire at The Station nightclub in West Warwick, R.I. She was 29.

Born in Worcester, she was a 1991 graduate of Auburn High School. She went on to graduate magna cum laude from Anna Maria College in Paxton. She recently moved to Worcester.

Ms. Angers worked as a private investigator for Insight Investigations of Stoneham.

She volunteered as a Big Sister and was a member of St. Joseph Church in Auburn.

Ms. Angers is survived by her fiancee, Michael C. Wunschel of Auburn; her parents, Leonard R. and Georgianna (Neslusan) of Auburn; two brothers, David L. and Ryan A., both of Auburn; her grandfather, Eudore ``Zip'' of Worcester; her grandmother, Rose (Piechocki) Neslusan of Webster; two aunts, an uncle and many cousins.
