Mr. Burnett was born in the Manor area of Clark County on June 17, 1909. He had lived in the county the last 70 years. He was a retired truck driver for the Bonneville Power Administration in Vancouver.
Surviving are his sons, Stan and Gene, both of Vancouver; daughters, Madeline Errend of Vancouver and Teresa of Anchorage, Alaska; sisters, Helen Olson of Vancouver and Jean Anderson of Spokane; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mr. Burnett's wife, Elsie I., died in May.
