A funeral for Lowell B. Burnett will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. He died Monday of causes related to age in a Vancouver nursing home. He was 81.

Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Burnett was born in the Manor area of Clark County on June 17, 1909. He had lived in the county the last 70 years. He was a retired truck driver for the Bonneville Power Administration in Vancouver.

Surviving are his sons, Stan and Gene, both of Vancouver; daughters, Madeline Errend of Vancouver and Teresa of Anchorage, Alaska; sisters, Helen Olson of Vancouver and Jean Anderson of Spokane; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mr. Burnett's wife, Elsie I., died in May.
