Arthur J McClelland passed away Monday, February 8, 1988. Born January 21, 1888 in Kansas and came to Oklahoma in the Cheyenne-Arapahoe Land Run in 1892. Longtime independent oilman in Oklahoma City. Preceded in death by a daughter, Betty J Callahan. He is survived by his wife, Juanita of Yukon; a sister, Grace Whitchurch of St Louis MO; two children, Gloria M Pearson of OKC, Arthur Marwood McClelland of Dallas; 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 nephews and nieces. The family asks that contributions be made to donor's favorite charity, in lieu of flowers. Services will be at 2pm Thursday in Rose Hill Mausoleum Chapel. Directed by Guardian Midtown.
