Ella Lee Baines, 86, of Springfield died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1999, at St. John's Hospital.
She was born Oct. 1, 1913, in Rose Hill, Va., the daughter of Edward and Mary Jane Osborn Fee. She married Stewart A. Baines in 1933 in Carrollton; he preceded her in death in 1988. Two daughters, Marjorie Yoakum and Sandra Dodd, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Baines, a homemaker, was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors: a son, Stewart Leroy Baines of Springfield; two daughters, Audrey Krofchick and Imogene (husband, William) Day, both of Springfield; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Fee of Springfield; a sister, Cora Griffin of Springfield; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, the Rev. James Ritter officiating. Burial: Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
