Born in San Diego, July 30, 1930. Died suddenly and unexpectedly November 19, 2008, at his home. He spent his entire life in San Diego; growing up in Hillcrest and Pacific Beach, graduating from San Diego High in 1949, serving in the Navy during the Korean conflict and working for decades at the Pacific Beach Post Office. He will always be remembered for his gardening and fishing expertise and the stories he told. Not to mention, the platters of fish, lobster, and abalone from a more pristine time. Thanks for the memories!! A memorial Service is planned.
