Aaron J. Starrett, 15 of Hanover and a New Oxford Senior High School Student died suddenly Thursday at his step-grandfather's home.
A graveside service was held at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover.
Aaron was born Aug. 10, 1982, in York. He was the son of Michael A. and Carol E. (Gable) Starrett of Hanover.
He attended New Oxford Senior High School and would have been a junior this fall. He studied and attained his black belt in Karate.
Mr. Starrett also is survived by a brother, Terance L. Starrett, at home; maternal grandmother, Clara R. (Gatewood) Gable of York; paternal step-grandfather, John W. Richards of Hanover; and his paternal great-grandmother, Emily C. (Schaeffer) Vasser of Oklahoma City.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Dwight E. Eldeen.
