Eddie was the 7th child of Frederick Ouellette (1854-1937) and Demrise Parent Ouellette (1851-1937) and the only one the the 7 children to be born in the United States, the others were born in Canada.

Heart Condition Proves
Fatal; Was Anaconda
Citizen 38 Years

Anaconda, Aug 31 A heart condition claimed in death Edward J Ouellette 40, son of Mr and Mrs Frederick Ouellette, 406 East Fourth street, early yesterday morning at St. Ann hospital.
He had been ill a week.

Born in Kalispell, he came to Anaconda 38 years ago and attended the Anaconda public schools. He was employed at the concentrator at the Anaconda reduction works.
Surviving are his parents, two sisters, Mrs Laura Walkup, Seattle, Washington, Mrs J.J. Ryan of Anaconda; three brothers Levite of San Diego California, John of Washington and Cyr of Idaho, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be announced from Lavis Merrill mortuary where the body was taken.
