Frank L. Albin, born October 12, 1924 in Shelby, MT to Arthur and Lilly May (Waggoner) Albin, went to his Heavenly home April 15, 2009. Frank proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII and also in the US Air Force during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He enjoyed flying and building planes, kayaking, bowling, spending time with his family, and fixing just about anything mechanical.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sandra; children, Willis Nelms, of Marysville, WA, Kathy Eaton (Butch), of Auburn, KS, Joyce Cagnon (Roland), of Pascoag, RI, Mary Ertl (Jim), of Seattle, WA, Bill Nelms of Mount Vernon, WA, Lisa Lutthans, of Tracy, CA, and Kim Fisher, of Sedro-Woolley, WA; brothers, Bob Albin, of Bremerton, WA and Jerry Albin; 31 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
