He was united in marriage on January 29, 1938 to Kathlyn Bay at Alton, MO and unto this union two children were born.
Paul and Kathlyn lived in the state of California for twenty two years and returned to Mountain View in 1969.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; three brothers; and two sisters.
He is survived by two children; John Allen of Yreka, California; and Rosalee Biasatti of Hayward, California; one brother, Walter Allen of Desoto, Kansas; four sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; six grandchildren, Ricky; Debra; John, Jr; Steven; David and Michael; also, several nieces and nephews.
He served in the U.S. Army in World War II.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 8, at 1 p.m. in the Duncan Funeral Chapel at Mountain View with Rev. H.G. Braynard oficiating. Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Duncan Funeral Home of Mountain View.
