Mrs. Henderson, 71
(Special to the Town Talk) OAKDALE, La. - Mrs. Dora Henderson, 71, of Oakdale died Wednesday at her residence after a short illness. She was the widow of the late Josh Henderson. Survivors are two sons, James Odom and George Odom both of Oakdale; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Ware and Mrs. Josephine Scarbrough both of Oakdale and Mrs. Maggie Willis of Glenmora; three brothers, Lee McDaniel and Tel McDaniel both of Oakdale and Martin McDaniel of Glenmora; two sisters, Mrs. Edela Guillory of Mamou and Mrs. Deshotel of Orange, Tex., and several grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today in Oakhill Baptist Church with Rev. Grover Willis officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Rush Funeral Home.
