was a life resident of this area. She
was the daughter of Fred and Myrtle
Tucker Zimmerman. She was married Nov.
16, 1921, at Muscatine, to Ollie Blake.
Surviving are her husband, Ollie Blake
of Letts; two sons, Stanley P. Blake
with the U. S. Air Force in France,
and Ollie F. Blake of Letts; four
daughters, Lavella May Edington of
Letts, Lois Jean Smith of Letts, Erma
Belle Newton of Walcott and Joyce
Elaine Reed of Letts; two brothers,
Edward Zimmerman of Davenport and Fred
Zimmerman of California; one sister,
Mrs. Myrtle Hense of Muscatine; 11
grand children and two great-grand-
children.
She was preceded by her parents; one
son, Donald, and two brothers.
The body is at the Fairbanks home for
funerals, where arrangements are
pending.
