He was born Jan. 1 , 1908, in Idaho Falls, the son of Thomas and Sarah Ann Evans Clark. He attended grade school here and spent his entire life in the Idaho Falls area.
He was a painter and did work with his father and brothers who were also painters. He worked for several years for the Union Pacific Railroad as a painter. He had been retired for the past ten years due to poor health.
He was married and later divorced. He is survived by three children and a brother, Dewey Clark, Idaho Falls.
