Phyllis Ann Schirmer passed away Thanksgiving Day - November 27, 2003 in her home. She married William Raymond Dietz in 1964. In 1990 she married Darwin Earl McKinney. She is the daughter of Leroy Arthur & Ernestine Mae Ratzman Schirmer. She is survived by her sister, Patsy Lee Schirmer, her son Patrick Allen Dietz & wife Dawn, and daughter Stacy Lyn Schmitt and husband Kevin - Grandchildren Brannin Dietz, Morgan Dietz, Amber Hardy, Christopher Hardy, Kevin Schmitt. She is preceded in death by her parents, and a grandchild Angel Ann Schmitt.
