James dies at age 78 on April 27, 1958 from what was attributed on his death certificate as a coronary occlusion. The dc indicated his occupation had been that of a coal miner. He was buried in Webb City Cemetery under the direction of Hedge-Lewis Mortuary

Gravesite Details
Death Certificate #58-014721 states his birth date as Sept. 18, 1880 and his death date as April 27, 1956. We know that to be incorrect since the doctor attended him last on Sept. 27, 1958.
