MRS. MARY E. HARVEY - Oakland - Mary Elizabeth Harvey, 77, of Route 3, Deer Park, died suddenly yesterday at her home.

Born In Bayard, she was a daughter of the late James M. and Annie (Guthrie) Brady.

Twice married, both husbands preceded her in death.

She is survived by six sons, James Parrish, Baltimore; Roy T. Harvey Mt. Lake Park; Albert M. Harvey, here; Edward H. Harvey, Cresaptown; Patrick Harvey and Herbert F. Harvey, both of Deer Park;

five daughters, Mrs. Florence Wills, Westernport; Mrs. Ruby B. Bray and Miss Olivia Harvey, both of Baltimore. Mrs. Sue Sullivan, Mamaroneck, N. Y. and Miss Rebecca M. Harvey, Deer Park;

22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The body Is at the Durst Funeral Home. Oakland, where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p. m.

Services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home by Rev. Joseph Phillips and Rev. Mona Hebb. Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
