MANNING, LEONA BLAZER - age 81, of Maryville, passed away Thursday morning, April 9, 1998, at home. She was a member of Fairview Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Glenn A. Manning. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lou and James Gibson of Sevierville; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne Manning of Maryville, Joe and Pat Manning of Alcoa, Bill and Francis Manning of Jefferson City; ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ruth Ailey of Alcoa and Ora Fain of Dandridge; several nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for graveside service and interment, Rev. Gerald Russell officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
