He was born in Czarnikau, Poland, and came to the United States when he was 18 years old, For the last fifty years he had been a tailor.
Mr. Bruchman was a member of Modern Woodmen of America No. 103 and the First Presbyterian church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Roxanna Bruchman; four sons, Wilbur and Theodore D. Bruchman of Ottumwa, Fred of Oskaloosa and Otto W. Bruchman of LaCrosse, Wis.; two daughters, Mrs. Juliena Larson of Denver and Mrs. Louise McCartney of Ottumwa; one brother, Will Bruchman of LaMesa, Calif., a sister, Mrs. Emilie Mittelstadt of Chicago; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
