Tuesday, September 15, Agnes Alba Laun, seven-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Laun of Tobias, passed away at a Lincoln hospital following an attack of appendicitis. The body was brought to the home of Mrs. Laun's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vaclav Vejraska, from where the funeral was conducted. The Laun's recently lost their home at Tobias by fire, which made the local arrangement necessary. A very large number of Tobias friends were here to attend the funeral and by their presence, manifest their sympathy. Interment was in the Bohemian National Cemetery.
