Ella Broussard Creoli, 84 a native of Holbert and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away at The Carpenter House on Sunday, May 29, 2011. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother,and great-grandmother. Survived by her five daughters, Patricia Clough, Vickie and husband Darrel Baker, Sandra Creoli, Arlene Creoli and Darlene Petty, two brothers, Joseph A. Broussard, Sr. and Carnie Ray Broussard; grandchildren Alcus and Rebekah Rimes, Terri Baker, Cheryl and Walter Whitesell, Jennifer Petty and Sean Petty and great-grandchildren Jackson and Juliana Rimes. Ella was preceded in death by her husband Stanley F. Creoli, parents Vincent Lee and Octavia Broussard; grandson Matthew Petty; son-in-law Charles W. Clough, Jr.; brother Spencer Broussard and sister Nina Dixon, Ella was a member of St. Louis King of France Catholic Church Parish; Catholic Daughters and Altar Society. She was also a member of the Dabblers Ceramic Club and the Magnolia Homemakers. Ella enjoyed ceramics, traveling, and sewing in her earlier years. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 31, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Wednesday, June 1, from 9:30 a.m. until service at 10:30 am Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family would like to especially thank The Carpenter House and Ella's caregivers, Mary Rayburn and Doris Hebert.
