Allard James Olson, 83, Moorhead, died Tuesday, July 22, 2003, in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo.
Mr. Olson was born March 4, 1920, in Moorhead. He grew up and attended school in Kragnes, Minn., and Moorhead. He joined the U.S. Army and served in the Medical Corps. After his military service he worked for the Moorhead Public School District until he retired.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice, Moorhead; a daughter, Patricia Vaughn, San Diego; two brothers, Alvern, Moorhead, Milton (Jean), Spokane, Wash.; and a sister, Ethel Boyd, Mooresvile, N.C.
Visitation: Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead.
Funeral: Friday at 10:30 in the funeral home.
Burial: Oak Mound Cemetery near Kragnes.
