Masonic Symbol on Stone∼SUMTER — Services for David F. Johnson, 77, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Epps Cemetery of Kingstree. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Elmore-Hill-McCreight Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mount Zion Presbyterian Church building fund.
Mr. Johnson died Monday, Nov. 7, 1994. Born in Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Amos and Edna Heydorn Johnson. He was the former owner of The Old Barn in Glenn Mills, Pa., was a Mason and member and deacon of Mount Zion Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Polly Epps Johnson; a daughter, Debra Johnson of Rock Hill; sons, David Johnson of King of Prussia, Pa., Richard Johnson of Kingstree and Michael Johnson of Macon, Ga.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
