Malcome was born in Baton Rouge,La., on 8/27/1927. He married Gloria Ruth Jordan on 10/19/1948, in Orange, Tx. Gloria was born 5/26/1931. They had one child, Timothy Ervin Roubique, born 3/10/1957 in Baton Rouge, La. Malcome served in the U.S. Navy. His ship was hit by a Kamikaze plane while he was stationed in the Pacific. Fortunately his ship made it back to port. Malcome passed away on 12/15/1961, at the age of 34. His wife Gloria passed away on 10/24/1992. Malcome and Gloria are buried side by side in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery.
