Mr. Adams was born in Williamsburg County, son of the late R. E. and Rebecca Fulton Adams. He was a farmer in the Mouzon community and a lifelong resident of the county. He was an elder and served as clerk of the session in the Bethel Presbyterian Church Mr. Adams was twice married, first to the late Edna Epps Adams.
