Trudy K. Taylor, age 48 of Gallatin, TN passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011. Trudy was born August 21, 1962 to Edward and Johnnie Ruth Freelove Davidson in Oakland, CA. A loyal and loving wife and mother, her life was about serving her family, her friends and her Lord. She served with the FMC at Hendersonville First Baptist Church. Before moving to Gallatin, she resided in Atlanta where she worked as an executive administrator with Maranatha Baptist Church in Lilburn, GA. She is survived by her husband, Terry Taylor; sons, Don and Cody Taylor; mother, Johnnie Ruth Davidson; brothers, Edward Davidson, Jr., Steven Davidson and Tracy Davidson; sister, Shannon Powers; and best friend, Victoria. A Life Celebration service will be conducted at 11 A.M., Monday, July 18, 2011 from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Dr Jim Stallings officiating. Interment will follow in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M., Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
