CHARDON MAN
IS FOUND DEAD
Believe Sizer Barnum, 55
Suffered Stroke
CHARDON, Aug. 22 - The body of Sizer Barnum, 55, prominent stone mason and well known in this section, was found at 4 p.m. yesterday in a field behind his home here.
Mr. Barnum had arisen early yesterday morning and had gone for a walk. He was not seen again alive. When he did not return for dinner, his family became alarmed and friends and neighbors joined in a search for him.
While the county coroner has made no statement, authorities here believe that Mr. Barnum suffered a stroke. There were no marks of violence upon him.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Painter and Miss Irene Barnum, and two sons, Raymond and Bert.
