Eunice A. Schulze, 86, had lived in Alvin, Texas,for the past five years with her niece and husband, Susan and Rob Adams. She was Boorn in Warda, Texas to Carl and Elsie (Pietch) Moerbe. Eunice married Clarence Schulze on July 11, 1948, and they shared their life together in Houston. She touched the lives of the children she cared for throughout the years, including Robin and Sean Rae, who considered her as another grandmother. Known to all as a world class cook, Eunice was also actively involved in the Houston Doll Club and made countless Barbie doll dresses for the children in her care and for doll shows. Eunice will be dearly missed by all who loved her, and her nurturing spirit will live on in them. Special thanks to her caregiver Carmen Mompaz for her loving support.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, and her brother, Roy. Eunice is survived by brothers, Marvin and John; sister, Vernile; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Hope Lutheran Church, in Friendswood, Texas, with Rev. Ralph Hobratschk officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston. Condolences can be sent to Eunice's Family in care of Jeter Memorial Funeral Home.
