Yo-Fu (Joseph Evan) Lee entered into rest on March 13, 2009 in College Station.
Mr. Lee was born in Taiwan, son of Domingo and Maria Lin Lee. He retired as an engineer in Taiwan. He was also an artist; he painted on rice paper. After coming to College Station, he owned and operated the Egg Roll Restaurant for over 30 years. Mr. Lee was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Chiu-Shing (Maria) Lee; daughters, Shou-Lin Lee and husband, Chris Fromm; Shou-Fen Lee, Chen-Chen Lee, San-San Lee and husband, Chang-Won Moon; son, Yee-Hom Lee; grandchildren, Jospeh Tsai, Jonathan Lee Moon, Anthony Moon; and two brothers and five sisters.
