Alexander is buried on a knoll on a farm he once owned. His grave is very near the little village of Waterview, on Hwy. 90 about 7 mi. west of Burkesville, KY. Near it is the Waterview Cemetery, on the right side of the highway. If you are at that cemetery, look left and you will see signs of a lone grave where John M. Alexander is buried. Click on the photo to enlarge it. Looking in a straight line back from the large stone on the left, you will see some white marks indicating a small cross on the picture. The John M. Alexander grave is under the large tree in the left background.
