In the words of his family "We are mourning the loss of our father John"Jack" O. Harrower. As in any period of profound sadness we find ourselves crushed by grief and struggling for comfort. In these moments, however we are reminded of his indomitable spirit, his unshakable faith and his unbounding love and appreciation for the joy in life. It is his spirit and will that will permit us to celebrate the contributions he has made and the legacy he has left. It is the force that keeps us going." "Jack has empowered us all to have confidence in our future, appreciation for the present, and love and support for each other. We are forever indebted to the gifts he has left us and the lessons he has taught us. It is our mission to live up to them and pass them on to our children. No man smiled more easily, empathized more genuinely, or gave more selflessly. We the family, wanted to share this because our father was magic, and in our hearts, was the "best damn guy who ever lived."
