Funeral Services were held for Charles Freeman Anderson of Center City at the Scandia Grove Lutheran Church near St Peter, Sunday January 31 and the body laid to rest in the family plot near the church.
He is mourned by four sisters and nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends.
Charles Freeman Anderson was born in Nicollet County, Minnesota on January 7, 1887 and passed away in St Peter on January 28, 1937 at the age of 70 years 21 days.
He lived in Nicollet County until about 20 years ago when he and his folks came to Chisago County and settled down in Chisago City. Later on he moved to a farm about 3 miles north of Center City. He was a member of the Chisago Lake Lutheran Church and hardly ever missed church services on Sunday until sickness made it impossible for him to venture out. He was a good hearted and kind soul.
