Moberly Monitor Index, Moberly, Mo., April 11, 1934, Jesse B. Mallory, 91 year old native Monroe County, died at 7 o'clock this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. James Johnston, four miles north of Madison. Mr. Mallory had been in failing health for sometime. His wife died only about two weeks ago. Besides Mrs. Johnston, Mr. Mallory is survived by five other daughters, Mrs. Tuck Johnston, Mrs. Pearl Clark and Mrs. Myrtle Webb, all of Madison, Mrs. Ras Walters of Middle Grove, and Mrs. Amanda of Moberly, and one son, Joe Mallory of Madison. Mr. Mallory was born and reared near Madison and had spent his entire life in the Madison and Ash communities. For years he conducted a store at Ash. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Baptist Church at Ash by the Rev. Mr. Lynn of Huntsville.
